Hi, I'm Shoaib — a project management professional with a background in software engineering, operations, and delivery coordination, but at heart, I'm really just someone who enjoys building and improving things.

Over the last few years, I've gone from writing code and supporting enterprise retail platforms to coordinating Agile teams, optimizing workflows, and managing moving pieces across fast-paced environments. Somewhere along the way, I realized I genuinely enjoy bringing structure to chaos, solving operational puzzles, and being the person who keeps things moving when complexity starts piling up.

My journey has taken me from growing up in Dubai, to studying engineering in India, to moving to Toronto to pursue a Master's in Project Management and Business Analysis while continuing to work and grow professionally. That experience taught me adaptability very quickly — and probably explains why I'm comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new systems fast, and stepping into unfamiliar situations without panicking.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring AI tools, thinking about business ideas, getting back into fitness, planning things way too deeply, playing football, going on hikes, and having conversations that make people think differently. I'm naturally curious — which usually means I'll disappear for hours researching a random topic just because I find it interesting.

At the core of everything I do is growth. I like challenging myself, improving systems, learning continuously, and building a life that feels meaningful, ambitious, and constantly evolving.
